Sem Urška Gričnik in sem nepremičninska posrednica ter vodja pravne službe pri podjetju CONEXA
d.o.o.
Svoje znanje nepremičnin in prodajo le -teh, sem pridobivala najprej na študiju ekonomije, kjer sem
diplomirala iz trženja blagovne znamke, kasneje pa sem ga nadgradila z magisterijem prava in
managementa nepremičnin z magistrsko nalogo Davki na nepremičnine. Že leta 2011 sem pridobila licenco nepremičninskega posrednika ter se zaposlila na FURS MB, na oddelku za obdavčitev nepremičnin.
Zaradi svoje ambiciozne narave, dobrih pogajalskih sposobnosti, ljubezni do nepremičnin in občutka
za delo z ljudi, sem  postala del kolektiva CONEXA d.o.o.
Za poslovne partnerje si želim, da dosežejo tisto, kar želijo - v najkrajšem možnem času!
Zato prisegam na strategijo podjetja, katerega najpomembnejše načelo je, da se vse vrti okoli vas
(kot kupca ali prodajalca ) ter zavedanje, da nikoli ne dobimo druge priložnosti, da naredimo dober
prvi vtis!

 Izvedla bom celovit marketinški načrt za kar največjo vidnost vaše nepremičnine,
da jo bodo kupci videli na kar največ kanalih.
 Koordinirala bom postopek ogledov nepremičnine.
 Predstavila vam bom vse ponudbe in vam svetovala glede pogojev in izključitvenih
pogojev.
 Pogajala se bom v vašem imenu za najboljšo ponudbo.
 Načrtovala in koordinirala (spremljala) kupčev postopek pridobitve posojila, v
kolikor ga bo potreboval
 Pripravila vam bom pogodbo za prodajo/nakup nepremičnine in vas vodila skozi
zaključni postopek.
 Koordinirala in nadzorovala bom postopek primopredaje
 Skozi celoten postopek prodaje/nakupa ponujene nepremičnine, od začetka do
konca, bom vedno zastopala VAŠE interese. Pri svojem delu zelo uživam, se vedno znova učim in postajam najboljša verzija sebe! Sem dovolj močna, da nastopam med najmočnejšimi in sodelujem na trgu, ki zahteva hitrost, učinkovite
poslovne poteze in vso potrebno znanje, ki jo dopolnjujem s podporo sodelavcev.
Zame nepremičnine niso samo posel, temveč so način življenja!

My name is Urška Gričnik and I am a real estate broker and head of the legal department at CONEXA d.o.o. I first acquired my knowledge of real estate and its sale while studying economics, where I am degree in brand marketing, which I later upgraded with a master's degree in law and of real estate management with a master's thesis on real estate taxes. Already in 2011, I obtained a real estate broker's license and got a job at FURS MB, in the real estate taxation department. Because of his ambitious nature, good negotiation skills, love of real estate and feeling to work with people, I became part of the CONEXA d.o.o. collective. For business partners, I want them to achieve what they want - in the shortest possible time! That's why I swear by a company strategy whose most important principle is that everything revolves around you (as a buyer or seller) and the awareness that we never get another chance to do good first impression! I will help you with your business by: I will take the time to get to know your wishes, needs and expectations;  As a seller, I will help you get the highest possible price for yours real estate in the shortest possible time.  I will advise you on pricing and process after I am yours carefully assessed the property according to market conditions.  I will implement a comprehensive marketing plan for maximum visibility of your property, so that customers will see it on as many channels as possible.  I will coordinate the process of viewing the property.  I will present you with all offers and advise you on terms and conditions and exclusions conditions.  I will negotiate on your behalf for the best offer.  Planned and coordinated (monitored) the buyer's loan acquisition process, v as long as he needs it  I will prepare a contract for the sale/purchase of real estate and guide you through it closing procedure.  I will coordinate and supervise the handover process  Throughout the entire process of selling/purchasing the property offered, from the beginning to end, I will always represent YOUR interests.
